Property Rules
Guests are expected to adhere to the building rules in shared spaces including the pool, gym, parking, lobby, and beach. Ensure your actions do not disrupt the peace and comfort of your neighbors. Strictly prohibited activities in common areas include playing loud music, consuming alcohol, using drugs, discarding cigarettes from balconies, and appearing inappropriately dressed or naked. Violation of these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
Reservation and Payment
- To secure a reservation, you need to pay a downpayment of the amount 50% of the total booking price. The full payment must be made before the check-in date.
- Payment options include on-site payment upon arrival, bank transfers, and Visa & master cards.
- The customer will receive an email confirmation of the payment within 24 hours.
- We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in AED.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelations that are made prior to 15 days of arrival are refunded fully. For immediate cancellations, a 50% charge of the total cost will apply.
Check-In and Check-Out
- On arrival you must have confirmation details, your ID card or original passport. Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
- If you do not arrive and fail to notify us of a late arrival may result in the reservation being deemed a “No Show,” and the full booking amount may be charged.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of AED 2500 is charged upon check-in. It will be refunded on the check-out date after the apartment inspection and after receiving all keys and access cards.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai and the UAE.
- Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services, the Parties agree to submit the same to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts for final judgment.
